Why does the Salsarita’s in Lexington, KY not participate in the rewards or accept the app? They don’t even show up when searching locations on the app.

  Unfortunately this location does not operate with the same technology partners as the Salsarita’s system requires, so they are unable to participate in our rewards program, accept offers through the app, and participate in our gift card program. I have the app, but every time I click on it, it looks like it is opening, but then goes back to my home screen. Do you have any idea what is going on?
